Join Lisa in a small in-person weekend event to move beyond the limits of the individual ego.

Friday: ​

• 17:00 - 18:30 || Talk and Q&A with Lisa

• 19:00 - 20:00 || Meditation with Lisa

 

Saturday - Tuesday

• 10:00 - 11:30 || Body work with Lina (half of the group)

• 11:30 - 13:00 || talk & Q&A with Lisa

• 13:00 - 16:00 || break 

• 16:00 - 16:45 || Meditation with Lisa

• 17:00 - 18:00 || Q&A with Lisa

• 18:30 - 20:00 || Session with Lina (half of the group)

*** The sessions with Lina include somatic support and releasing through gentle movements, stretching, breathing exercises music and dancing. You can find out more here:

**** Please note: each participant will only be allowed one bodywork session with Lina a day, because of the size of the space and the use of yoga mats we will more than likely have split the group in two--so half the group will do the session in the morning and half in the evening.

Pricing method

You can opt for:

- Sliding scale price: 300 - 500 Eur

- Student / reduced price: 150 Eur

* The student / Reduced price refers  for those who frequently struggle to meet basic needs or are facing temporary financial crisis due to family special circumstances or illnesses. You can fill-in the amount in the booking form.

** Any additional amount you choose to contribute helps cover costs, making it possible for individuals with special life circumstances to participate. Your support is greatly appreciated.
